Kelley N. Hensley, D.C.  

Dr. Kelley N. Hensley was born and raised in Grove, Oklahoma. She graduated from Grove High School in 1996, and completed her pre-medicine studies at Missouri Southern State University in Joplin, Missouri. She completed her doctorate in Chiropractic from Parker College of Chiropractic in 2004.

Dr. Hensley is trained in Diversified, Thompson, Activator, and Flexion/Distraction techniques. She is a recognized member of the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association (ICPA) and is certified in the Webster Technique, a specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment that has been proven highly effective in removing constraint to the uterus and allows the baby to assume the best possible position for a less traumatic birth. Dr. Hensley is also NAET (allergy elimination technique) certified.
Dr. Hensley is licensed in both Oklahoma and Arkansas. Dr. Hensley has been practicing for 10 years (the last 7 in Northwest Arkansas) and is using the knowledge and experience she has gained to open her own practice. Specializing in treatment for the entire family, including children and expectant women.

Dr. Hensley enjoys spending time with her husband, Ronnie, and her three children, Carter, Grayden and Ellasyn.

Lore´ Lieberman

Administrative Assistant

Wife of Dr. Ron Lieberman-  Lore was born and raised in Wisconsin. She married Dr. Lieberman in 1984 and lived in Grinnell, Iowa, for 20 years where Dr. Lieberman practiced Chiropractic.

 Lore had one son, Chad, who is married and now has 2 children, Nadia- 8 and Gemma-3. They live here in Rogers, AR and that is what brought Dr. Lieberman and Lore to Northwest Arkansas back in 1998.

They live on Beaver Lake and enjoy being on the lake with friends and family. Lore enjoys her grandkids immensely as well as her Yorkie, Sophie.

 Leslie Flores

Administrative Assistant

Leslie Flores has lived in Los Angeles, California, and Atlanta, Georgia, before making Northwest Arkansas her permanent home. She became interested in the medical field, attending Bryan University where she received her Associates degree in Medical Assisting. She became interested in a more holistic approach to medical care and after interning with Pinnacle Chiropractic, realized that she had found her perfect work home.  She enjoys learning new ways to approach health care and loves working with the patients at Pinnacle Chiropractic and Family Wellness.

When not working, Leslie enjoys reading, hiking and spending time with friends and family.  Her nephews have a special place in her heart and she spends a lot of time with them.

Jennifer Medina

 Administrative Assistant/Marketing Specialist

 Jennifer was born and raised in California. In 2000, she moved with her family to NW Arkansas. Jennifer attended the University of Central Arkansas in Conway for two years before moving back home to Springdale. She enrolled at Blue Cliff College for Medical Assisting. She is now attending Northwest Arkansas Community College pursuing a degree in Physical Therapy.

While completing her externship at Pinnacle Chiropractic, she realized this was it. She loved the interaction patients had with their doctors, "It felt more like a family than a doctors office". She loves watching  patients heal with chiropractic or massage therapy.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband, Robert and two children, Carter and Eli.





Dr. Ron Lieberman, D.C.

 Dr. Ron Lieberman was raised in Pennsylvania where he attended Lehigh College. He then attended Palmer College of Chiropractic and practiced as an associate in Dubuque, IA until 1980. He began his practice in Grinnell, IA, and remained there for 20 years, marrying Loré and raising a family. He and Loré followed their son to Northwest Arkansas in 1999 thereby avoiding the long, cold winters of Iowa. He joined Dr. Teri Hines' practice in Lowell and then bought a Bentonville practice in 2005. His addition to Pinnacle Chiropractic and Family Wellness began in April, 2013. Dr. Ron enjoys spending time with his family, including his two grandchildren and friends, as well as attending Razorback sports.

Carol Cave
Insurance / Financial Specialist
Carol Cave moved from Kansas to NW Arkansas with her husband and son in 2002. Her previous work experience consisted of restaurant ownership and management, radio sales, and office management. Upon moving to NW Arkansas, she began working in the chiropractic field and it became her passion. She loves to see patients improve with chiropractic care.

Carol enjoys reading, gardening, playing card games, and spending time with her family.  She and her family own a local paintball course that her son manages while she handles the bookkeeping.

 Gail Whitehead, LMT

Gail was born in upstate New York. She and her family moved to Northwest Arkansas in 1999. She has always had a passion for massage. After the company she worked for closed their doors, she decided to turn her passion into her way of life. She graduated massage therapy school at Blue Cliff College in 2013on the President’s List, She received her License the same year and is a member of the National Technical Honor Society.

She enjoys crafts and going to Crystal Bridges with her family.

Janessa Craig, MMT

Janessa Craig wears many hats, she received her Arkansas midwife license in 1991 as an apprentice trained direct entry midwife. Currently she is licensed under PMAI US: Pastoral Medical Association International. This license allows her the opportunity to work with birthing families in the time honored ways of birthing traditions passed down from woman to woman over the years. Her PMA license allows her to practice legally in all 50 states and internationally. Additionally, she is a Placenta Encapsulation Specialist (PES), Master Massage Therapist (MMT) and Certified Educator in Infant Massage (CEIM).

After attending a practical nursing program at Laramie County Community College in Wyoming she went on to complete her apprenticeship in Arkansas and has been catching babies on her own since 1991.

She has been teaching childbirth classes to clients since 1988 and has been involved with over 500 deliveries.

Janessa has traveled to two different foreign countries to attend missionary women in the births of their babies: China in 1995 and Guatemala in 2000 where she delivered a set of twins. In 2011 she had the opportunity to attend another set of twins.

From 1994-2000 she served as the vice-chairperson for the Arkansas State Midwife Advisory Board.

She has successfully trained four apprentices who have gone on to work as midwives in their own right. In 2008, she became a certified placenta encapsulation specialist which is a service that utilizes the nutritive value of placenta in the postpartum period.

Presently she is studying to become a postpartum doula instructor with the organization MaternityWise.

In 2000 she graduated from the White River School of Massage in Fayetteville, Arkansas. In 2006 she obtained her Master Massage credentials.

Janessa is certified in performing and in teaching Nurturing the Mother, a scope of massage that includes fertility, pregnancy, labor, postpartum, newborn and infant massage.

From 2004-2009 she taught at the Northeast Technical Center in Kansas, OK, sharing her knowledge and love of massage by developing a curriculum for lay people to learn massage for friends and family.

Janessa has given birth to two sons and a daughter. She currently has four grandsons and one granddaughter.
